Born at the beginning of the Twentieth century as an example of the beauty of the region, it subsequently fell into abandonment, then it was confiscated from organised crime, and lastly forgotten.
But from that wound it is now reborn: today it is a cultural and social hub, and a common good that has been returned to the community, a symbol of participation, emancipation and democracy.
