Seme di Pace is a social cooperative founded 20 years ago, grounded in the values of solidarity and social subsidiarity. It works to promote local self-sufficiency and social reintegration. As the lead partner of the Villa Fernandes network, Seme di Pace fosters territorial development and cultural growth, encourages collaboration between institutions, for-profit and non-profit organizations, and remains committed to addressing the needs of vulnerable individuals.

It implements programs and services aimed at improving the well-being of the community and the local area. Within Villa Fernandes, the Youth Services Center and the Portici Youth Forum bring together youth policy activities and services in one place. A hub "by young people, for young people" — the "Youth House" (Multifunctional Youth Center) — as outlined in the 2017 policy agenda.

Subject leader of the Villa Fernandes' partnerships, Semi di Pace promotes: the development of the territory and its cultural growth; the ability to network with institutions, for-profit and non-profit; the attention to the needs of vulnerable people.
Il Millepiedi is involved since 1994 in the development of the territory of the north-eastern outskirts of Naples, which stretches from the municipalities IV, VI and VII of the city in Casoria and Arpino, spreading up to the vesuvius. The cooperative carries out activities for the prevention of discomfort, promotion of human progress, inclusion of disadvantaged people and training.
Ambiente Solidale is a social cooperative that deals with the collection and transport of special waste, while promoting the employment of disadvantaged people. Inside Villa Fernandes, it co-ordinates, together with the cooperatives, Seme di Pace and Bambù, the social, entrepreneurial and career-building activities, and collaborates with and promotes events and locations for the protection of the environment, development and sustainable and equitable well-being.
The social Cooperative Magma is responsible for ensuring the stability and durability of the Covenant of the Network, and in the Villa Fernandes, manages the bar service and catering and promotes the participation of the community. Magma is also involved in the social work integration and training, both through the Dabliu and through the organization and management of vocational training courses, aimed mainly at young people and vulnerable groups.
It is a social cooperative that works with family-oriented educational communities, through the support center for disabilities and the center for children and families, and works with projects of social rehabilitation and employment for people with disabilities and women who are victims of violence, with the help of workshops, entrepreneurial activities, and job placement for the food area, and vocational training.
The social Cooperative Agisco promotes social integration, with educational services and projects and therapeutic care, in order to improve the quality of life and foster inclusion. From 2022 it manages the "La Torre di Babele" school, where it welcomes children in a stimulating environment, aiming at solid integration beginning in early childhood.
The social cooperative “Città di Leonia” promotes the employment of disadvantaged people, and the recycling and the protection of the environment by taking part in educational activities, campaigns and services of waste collection and disposal. In 2023, thanks to the support of the "Con il Sud" Foundation, has activated an electric vehicles sharing service in San Giorgio a Cremano, Portici and Ercolano, in order to promote sustainable mobility.
The Consortium Co.Re is composed of a group of social cooperatives that take part in services to the person and work re-entry, and they are active in Naples and its province. In the Villa Fernandes, the Consortium Co.Re. promotes coordination of the partners and carries out monitoring and evaluation activities of the territorial impact and of the goals set and achieved in the medium and long term.
The work-agency Mestieri Campania, oversees and develops services, opportunities and scenarios related to the policies for the work, thanks to services of professional guidance, support in active search for work, coaching internships/traineeships, and support for business creation. In Villa Fernandes, it is in charge of the training center and introduction to the workforce for the youth of the area, both able bodied and disabled.
The Association was founded to support people facing hardships, mostly in the local territory. It has developed projects in various areas: foster care, family support to children, families at risk, the elderly, educational poverty and disability. From 2017 has enabled the section Lega H – Adriana delle Donne, dedicated to cultural initiatives and promotional activities that involve people with disabilities and their families.
The Association aims to use the collective practice of music and art as a tool of recovery and prevention for the most vulnerable groups of our territory. It carries out training courses for the music in order to develop careers in music, takes part in the organization and artistic direction of events, and also functions as the artistic director of the Coro della Città di Portici, the development of new media languages (such as radio, web, podcasts, streaming)
The Association is promoted by parents of children with disabilities, to raise awareness and educate on the subject of disability and to promote and organize gatherings and socializing. In Villa Fernandes, it involves young people and their families in the activities of the project and promotes the Desk for Disability, to obtain informations about support services in the area.
EDUlab is born with the intention of supporting the dialogue between the schools and the region, by promoting formal and informal learning activities on the themes and values that are both identified locally and shared at a european level. The goal is the harmonious growth of the person: children, teenagers, young people and adults, with particular attention to vulnerable groups, for a cultural and civil development that promotes sustainability, inclusion, and above all, peace.
It is a body of social promotion in the Campania region consisting of active citizens, voluntary associations and social cooperatives of the third sector. Takes care of the disabled, the elderly, children, young people, immigrants, family, dependency and marginalization. In the Villa Fernandes is responsible for co-planning of outreach activities, cultural, scientific, and laboratory and promotes the participation of citizens to the knowledge of european policies.
The Parrocchia del Sacro Cuori of Portici, in addition to the ordinary pastoral activity, offers opportunities for a community-driven journey, with education pathways to freedom, fraternity, and commitment and active participation on the territory. In Villa Fernandes it creates activities for volunteering and cultural growth.
The Agorà Youth Centerappeals to the youth of the area. Built and animated by volunteers, working for the reception, the growth of social and spiritual welfare of young people, the development of critical thought and work. Inside Villa Fernandes, the centre involves the young people of the area, stimulating the use of the spaces and participation in musical and artistic events.
The Locanda di Emmaus is dedicated to the free support of children in situations of socio-cultural hardship, people with disabilities, women and children that are victims of violence. The goal is to overcome the obstacles to social, cultural, professional, and welfare inclusion. The association promotes recreational and cultural activities, sports, laboratories, canteen, medical and psychological support, summer camps and residential stays.

The Gas Mether Ghé promotes the critical consumption of healthy and ethical products, fighting social, environmental, economic injustices, and spreading life-styles that are sober and attentive to the environmental balance. In the Villa Fernandes, it organizes group activities for the dissemination of the values of critical consumption, and for the adoption of sustainable lifestyles, promoting the economy of the gift, and the creation of ties of solidarity.
L’ Association Do Anti-Racketeering Porches is on the territory of the Porches since 2012, and recognized by the F. A. I. (Federation of Associations of Persons and anti-Italian), helps merchants and citizens who decide to terminate their estorsori. In the Villa Fernandes, Do Anti Racketeering Porches is in charge of listening to, and promotes discussions and meetings on the topic of the economics ethics and social
The Anti Usury Listening Center Don Pino Puglisi is an association of social solidarity and protection of civil rights to counteract usury and promote the culture of legality. It provides support and technical-moral assistance and works in Villa Fernandes, to promote and carry out activities of information, guidance and support to the families of the victims of usury.
Culturadice promotes cultural initiatives for the valorization of culture in all its forms – art, literature, music, theatre, creating spaces of gathering and sharing for the local community. It manages The church of Santa Maria di Portosalvolocated in the heart of the old port, a treasure trove of memory and spirituality, which opens its doors to contemporary art and culture.
